KitSource VanWe are serious about "Service".  Others may say the same thing, but we will walk the talk. KitSource has taken extra measures to ensure that your needs and expectations are met.

There are no hidden fees, charges or contracts, just good business!

KitSource On-Site Service includes the following:

No Service Charges

We set up a regular schedule based on your needs. Usually, a service once every 4 weeks is necessary.  State of the art routing technology is used to ensure that we arrive on the scheduled day of service. Whether you need products or not, your scheduled visit includes an inspection using the "Advantage Program" at no charge.

"Advantage Program"
At the customer's first service, a master list of all items in the first aid kit(s) is documented and placed into a barcode format. Recommendations by the KitSource Representative and any requests made by the customer are then agreed upon and approved for use in the first aid kits.

A "checklist" is then generated and used for each future service call.  The KitSource Representative will complete the visit with the approved "Advantage Program" list ensuring that all items on the list are in the cabinet.  No additional items are added or deleted without the approval of the customer.

Check, Clean & Sanitize Kits
At every visit, each first aid kit is checked, cleaned and sanitized. A hospital grade cleaner/disinfectant is used to ensure the customer's first aid kits are really clean. Both the inside and outside of the kits are cleaned. This service is included at every visit at no charge to the customer.

Organizing Products

Between service visits, products can be shifted, removed, depleated, partially used, and expire. During the KitSource service visit, we will re-organize and inspect the kit(s) ensuring that each item is in its place, easy to reach and ready to use.

Inspect & Replenish Supplies
KitSource products are designed for a "single use" to rid the chance of cross contamination from "shared" supplies. On occasion, items in the kits can expire. While KitSource purchases "fresh" products, and expiration dates extend out several years, there may be items that will expire if not used. When this happens, the product in question will be discarded and replaced with new current product. Any partially used or open products must be discarded to ensure safety and in some cases, sterility.

Analyze Needs /Product Recommendations

The KitSource representative will monitor kit usage, work/environmental conditions and work applications. On occasion, the KitSource representative may make recommendations to the customer based on these criteria. Any approved changes will be made to the "Advantage Program" list for future services.

Counsel with Contact

In response to our customer's needs, the KitSource representative will counsel with the customer regarding changes made to company policy, OSHA inspections or any other information that may affect the requirements of the customer's first aid kit(s). Any approved changes will be made to the "Advantage Program" list for future services at no additional charge.
