KitSource Has No Service Fees

Are you paying a service fee?

Believe it or not, there are first aid services that charge a service fee each time they visit.    These fees can range anywhere from 5 - 20% of the total invoice.  KitSource has never charged a service fee, but our competition does.  In the example to the right you will see a 6.95 service fee listed on one of our competitors invoices.  13 visits a year =  $90.35 just for them to show up at your door.

Competitors Service ContractKitSource Has No Upfront Agreements or Contracts

You may not even know if you have a contract with your first aid service.  Many times the service will disguise the contract as a "discount to begin service".  More than likely this is an exit contract.  You may have received a "discount" for going with their service, but you will pay over and above when you discontinue service.  These business practices are unfair.  Some contracts require the customer to pay as much as 500 dollars to cancel service.  To the right is an example of a "discount to begin service".  Kitsource does not use contracts.  If you’re not satisfied, you are free to discontinue service at any time.

We Buy Direct From The Manufacturer?

There are several services that are part of a franchise.  They are required to buy their product from their supplier who has already purchased the product from the manufacturer.  Those additional costs are being incurred by you.  You are paying for the product twice.  KitSource buys direct from the manufacturer and passes the savings along to you.

Our Representatives Are Not Paid Commission

Many first aid service companies pay their service representatives a commission based on sales.  It is their goal to sell as much product as they can to meet quotas and earn their commission check.  This business practice is bad for the customer.  You are more susceptible to higher invoices and unnecessary products being replenished.  KitSource Service representatives are paid a salary.  They have no incentive to do anything but satisfy the customer.  Our representatives do not benefit from giving you a big invoice.

Full Disclosure of Quantities

This is where KitSource and the other services are clearly different.  We fully disclose what we are billing you for.  You will never see (small, medium, large or refill) vague descriptions on any of your invoices.  Examples of handwritten invoices and vague descriptions are shown below.

Example 1

(poor description of quantities.  How many does a small really contain?  What is a refill?)

Example 2

(Hand written invoice w/poor description of quantities)

Compare & Save

We have included a sampling of some of the most commonly used first aid items.  Take a look at our descriptions, quantities and prices so you'll know exactly how much it costs.  Then compare these items to your current suppliers invoice.  Be leary of vague product descriptions & quantities like small, medium or refill from the competition.  If you see a vague description instead of a specific quantity, insist on knowing exactly what you are being billed!
